Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
1.1 You can cancel your booking anytime before the scheduled date and time of your pick-up by calling our 24x7 Customer Care helpline number at 788-000-4690. Cancellation charges may apply if the driver and/or car details have already been provided.
1.2 No cancellation fee will be payable unless Carpucho.com confirms the cancellation of your ride in accordance with the terms of use and Cancellation and Refund Policy.
2. No Show Policy:
2.1 If your booking is canceled after being matched with your driver and taxi, it will be treated as a NO SHOW by the customer. In such cases, NO REFUND will be applicable, and the entire booking/advance amount shall be considered as cancellation charges.
3. Booking Confirmation and Advance Payment:
3.1 To confirm your booking, you need to make an advance payment within 4 hours before the trip. If the payment is not made within this period, the unpaid ticket becomes null and void, subject to the sole discretion of Carpucho.com.
3.2 Advance payments can be made through our online payment link available on our website.
4. Driver Night Charge:
4.1 For SEDAN, the driver night charge is 250/-, for SUV it's 300/-, and for Tempo Traveller, it's 500/-. These charges are extra and paid by the customer.
5. Vendor Details and Changes:
5.1 Details of the driver, vendor, and cab/Tempo will be shared up to 45 minutes before the departure. If the driver/cab reaching you for pick-up is different from what we communicated, please do not board the cab and call us for assistance.
6. Payment and Balance Amount:
6.1 For SEDAN/SUV, please pay the balance amount to the driver/vendor at the beginning of the journey.
7. Collection of Receipts:
7.1 Please collect receipts from the driver for any extra charges paid directly to them during the trip. Carpucho.com is not liable to provide invoices for such amounts.
8. Non-Transferability of Booking:
8.1 Bookings issued are non-transferable. The customer's name must be a person's name with their own mobile number and valid email ID. Any discrepancies in booking information may result in non-service and NO REFUND.
9. Change in Cab Model:
9.1 In case of unavailability or breakdown of a specific cab model, it may be upgraded or degraded as per availability at the desired moment. However, the booking amount remains unchanged.
10. Authorized Payment Modes:
10.1 For all payments, kindly use only the Payment gateway mention on Carpucho Website. Payments to personal accounts not mentioned on our contact us page
will not be the responsibility of Carpucho.com.
11. Rate Fluctuations:
11.1 The rates are subject to changes depending on fluctuations in diesel/petrol/CNG prices and tax parking prices in INDIA.
12. Vehicle Condition and Insurance:
12.1 Before starting the trip, please inform us if the vehicle is not in good condition. The tour/trip cost does not include insurance premiums; customers are advised to get insurance cover at their own cost.
13. No Refund after Availing Service:
13.1 After availing service, no refund is applicable under any circumstances.
14. Disputes and Jurisdiction:
14.1 Any disputes related to vendors and customers are not our responsibility. In case of any dispute with Carpucho.com, the jurisdiction would be Gwalior.
15. Other Terms:
15.1 Additional terms such as waiting charges, extra pick-up/drop charges, change in car type, and adherence to behavioral guidelines must be followed as specified.
16. Carpucho.com Role:
16.1 Carpucho.com does not operate cab services on its own. It acts as a facilitator between the Cab Operators/Vendors and the Users.
17. No Guarantee of Specific Model:
17.1 While booking, please be aware that we can only promise to provide a vehicle in a certain category, but we cannot guarantee a specific model of the vehicle.
18. Compliance with Law:
18.1 Customers must adhere to government norms regarding speed limits and other rules during the journey.
19. Limited Occasion Offers:
19.1 No cancellations are entertained for limited occasion offers like Dussehra, Pongal, Diwali, New Year, Holi, etc., which are obtained through online or offline channels.
20. No Refund for Less Than 4 Hours:
20.1 After assigning the driver and cab, no amount will be refunded for trips with durations less than 4 hours.
21. Safety and Responsibilities:
21.1 Passengers are responsible for following safety guidelines, using seat belts, and not putting undue pressure on the driver for high speeds.
22. Unforeseen Circumstances:
22.1 Carpucho.com will not be responsible for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, road jams, and other unforeseen circumstances.
23. Non-Liability of Carpucho.com:
23.1 Carpucho.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred during the trip, including accidents or loss of life.
24. Behavioral Guidelines:
24.1 Customers are expected to follow certain behavioral guidelines, such as no smoking or drinking during the trip, using seat belts, and not forcing the driver to overspeed.
25. Disability or Illness Information:
25.1 Customers should inform us in advance if they have any disabilities, or illnesses, or undergoing medical treatments so that we can provide suitable trip packages.
26. Role of Carpucho.com:
26.1 Carpucho.com does not operate cab services on its own. It acts as a facilitator between the Cab Operators/Vendors and the Users.
27. CNG Cab Restrictions:
27.1 CNG cabs are available on CNG routes only. If running on non-CNG routes, extra charges will be applicable.
28. Change in Cab Model:
28.1 In case of unavailability or breakdown of a specific cab model, it may be upgraded or degraded as per availability at the desired moment. However, booking amount remains unchanged.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
